True Love Will Find You in the End

I'm engaged!!! I know I should have written about it when it actually happened, almost a month ago, but I've been so busy! I'll tell it like it was just yesterday. So it was Sunday, August 29th, we went to church, and then after we were going to make dinner. Jameson said that he was going to go change out of his church clothes, but really he called my dad to ask permission to ask me to marry him. My dad said to him, "You don't have to ask me, Heck, I didn't ask Kathy's dad, I just asked her" (silly dad.... when he went back to family dinner, they asked why Jameson called him, and he said that Jameson hated the wedding colors I had chosen, and was too embarrassed to tell me. My dad is a liar.) So Jameson put the ring in his pocket (which I didn't even know he had purchased), and came over to eat lunch. We wanted to watch a movie while we ate, so I said we should watch Breakfast at Tiffany's. I had never seen the movie actually, and we were both exhausted and ended up falling asleep during it. We were both awake when he gave her the ring though, and I turned to Jameson and said "Lets get married" and he said okay and asked if we could go on a walk to 'our' tree. We go on walks a lot, and there was a tree that we always loved to pass on our way to the train tracks. We got there and were just playing by the water, and then I started to walk on. He stayed back a bit, and so I went back to him and hugged him. At first I felt his heart pounding like crazy, and thought that was a little off...then he said "I have to ask you something.." I just waited but nothing was coming. I just told him I loved him... and still waited. Then he said "Babe..?" and then started kneeling down, had the ring in his hand, and said "Will you marry me??" I didn't even let him get all the way to his knee before I said yes and threw my arms around him! He had chosen the ring, and I love it. It is all I could ever ask for :) And now I'm engaged to Jameson! We're planning on getting married December 21, in the Bountiful temple.
