love SICK

I'm sick, once more. I think I might have the worst immune system in the world. Okay, not the worst, but pretty bad. Even my bro Mike that has Crohn's disease, and a terrible immune system doesn't get sick as often as I do. Something's gotta change, and fast.

Things are starting to look up for me. My job really is fantastic, and I enjoy going there each day to just vent to the ladies in the office. They are wonderful! In fact, they would wear matching ford vests (keep in mind it's a ford dealership) and I always commented on how I'd like to be matchy-matchy with them. The next week, when I went into work, they had bought a Ford cardigan for me, so that I could match with them. It was so nice and really made my day!

Sometimes you don't realize what you have till it's gone. That's how I felt when I came back from Rexburg. It just makes you miss some things (friends) a little more.... especially when they're not there. But my family is awesome. I spend time watching certain movies with my mom, or playing games with my brothers, and it's just really fun, in a different way.
And then comes Valentine's Day. The day that so many people dread, or look forward to it. In some ways, I'm just indifferent. But this year, I do kind of wish I had a certain someone to look forward to spending it with. And once again, there is no one. I will once again be making heart shaped sugar cookies for myself. Oh the joys of being single.....

This is me last year... with a broken hearted cookie.

Utah... People working together

Well I'm home again, til the end of April. In some ways it's a LOT better than last winter, and in other ways it's not as good. I have a job, working at the same place as I did as a senior in high school. It's a ford dealership, and I love it, and the people I work with. It's really fun to be there again, and good to have Pam and Kris listen to me talk about my life every day from 3-6.

It's really crazy to see some people getting back from their missions, has it been two years already?? My friends Alex N and Alex W are now back and it's fun to see them every once in a while. Pretty soon all my mission friends will be back. If only they'd come up to BYU-I.... that would be nice.

The economy isn't being very good to my parents' business. And, all of our cars just decided to break at the same time. I'm starting to look for a cheap car to buy, if any of you know of anything that is available, let me know! Other things that decided to break: our furnace and water heater. Both are very needed, but, my dad's pretty lucky with fixing things like that, so that's always a blessing.

I'm bored a lot. I hang out with my little brothers frequently, and just a couple friends here and there. It's hard to come back from school, where there's always something going on, a set schedule of classes, hanging out with people every night.. to rarely seeing anyone but family. In a way it's good, because I can just stop and think about my life. Re-organize. Re-plan. Reconsider... what is it that I really want to do with my life? Hmm things are just slow moving right now, and that's hard for me. I miss my old roommates Dawna and Holla. I never thought I'd say this, but I even miss Idaho! Who knew?! Of course I love Utah and the beautiful mountains and my family, it's just different.
